Associate Sales Manager, Healthcare

As an Inside Sales Associate at Cancard Inc, you will play a crucial role in contributing to impactful initiatives in the sales and marketing ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to work on real projects, gain international exposure, and support the company's mission of transforming primary healthcare through technological innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Market Research** - Design and implement primary & secondary research projects - Identify business opportunities and potential customers - Cold call customers for feedback & demo appointment booking - **Marketing Analytics** - Create visual reports & presentations for stakeholders - Support proposal and presentation development - Assist with sales & marketing administrative tasks - **Marketing & Promotions** - Support promotional campaigns and activities - Manage & monitor company social media accounts - Design brochures (French & English) and create digital content - **Sales & Market Development** - Conduct product demos, presentations, and webinars - Build and qualify lead pipelines through calls & inquiries - Track customer satisfaction and support sales events - Handle customer quote requests & queries **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's/ master's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, inside sales, or business development roles - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, product demos, and business development activities - Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to CRM tools is an advantage - Creative mindset with the ability to design basic promotional content - Good analytical and research skills with attention to detail - Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with customers - Ability to work independently and in a team environment At Cancard Inc, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, flexible working hours, a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development, and the chance to work on meaningful projects that have a real impact on healthcare.
