Role Overview: We are seeking 2 Associate Sales Executives who are passionate about client engagement, lead generation, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development and will be responsible for supporting end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to closure. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through market research, cold outreach, and CRM tools. Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and pitch suitable solutions. Sales Support: Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and documentation for clients. Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects to move them through the sales funnel. CRM Management: Keep CRM systems updated and ensure timely tracking of leads and opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and campaigns. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
