Data & Insights: Analyze retention trends, churn risks, and expansion opportunities using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms. Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards to track key client retention metrics. Prepare executive-ready reports with clear insights and recommendations. Strategic Execution: Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Ops teams to implement retention initiatives and track their impact. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives aimed at improving NRR. Presentation & Storytelling: Create compelling decks that translate data insights into actionable strategies. What We're Looking For 1-4 years of experience in Revenue Ops, CS Ops, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence . Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets ; experience with SQL and BI tools is a plus. Hands-on experience in reporting, data visualization, and dashboarding . Ability to execute strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively. Bonus Points Experience in a B2B SaaS or Tech environment .
