Drive sales of Motor Insurance products.
Build & manage distribution channels, advisors, and partner networks.

Education:
Graduate/MBA preferred (for City Head/Team Leader).

Business & Productivity
Drive business growth in the assigned region/city while maintaining productivity and profitability.
Create and strengthen agency distribution channels for Motor insurance and other financial products.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets set by the organization.
Ensure optimum resource allocation and business hygiene across assigned territories.
Team Management & Development
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers/Financial Advisors/Agents.
Monitor, guide, and evaluate team performance, ensuring continuous growth and productivity.
Motivate the team by providing product knowledge, mentoring, and regular performance feedback.
Support the adoption of digital/technology tools to improve efficiency and customer service.
Client & Partner Engagement
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, partners, and HNIs (where applicable).
Ensure high standards of client servicing by coordinating with relevant stakeholders for issue resolution.
Drive advisor/partner productivity with focus on renewals, cross-selling, and upselling of products.
Identify new approaches to enhance reach and expand sales channels in assigned regions.
Compliance & Control
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain transparency and accountability in all client and team interactions.
Promote ethical business practices and safeguard the organization’s reputation.
Desired Profile
Education:
City Head: Graduation/MBA (Tier I/II preferred).
Relationship Manager: HSC/Diploma/Graduation.
Experience:
City Head: 5+ years in BFSI,Motor Insurance sector, preferably in Agency/Distribution roles. (Motor Insurance is mandatory)
Relationship Manager: 1+ year in Motor Insurance Sales/Business Development (Motor Insurance is mandatory)
Knowledge & Exposure:
Strong understanding of Insurance types, Loans, Credit Cards, NPS, and other financial products.
Experience in managing agency/distribution channels is an added advantage.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using digital platforms/tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
