Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's or Master's (any discipline) Freshers are eligible to apply (UG/ PG) Experience in International Voice Process (US/ UK/ Australia) is a plus! Role And Responsibilities Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for US Healthcare industry for Nurses, Doctors, Physicians, Therapists etc. Conduct in-depth screening and probe the right questions to understand the candidate's profile and assess them by probing to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role. Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
