First 2 months:
100% Onsite
Post 2 months:
Hybrid (2 weeks onsite & 2 weeks WFH)

Compensation

Category 1:
24,400 in-hand (self mediclaim 600)
Category 2:
22,750 in-hand (parent's mediclaim 2,250)
