1. Proactively search and identify suitable job openings across various platforms
2. Source and share job opportunities with eligible students from the database3. Understand company requirements and align student profiles accordingly4. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams to identify job openings and collaborate for future hiring needs5. Gather industry insights and identify potential training opportunities that align with workforce development needs6. Prepare and share daily reports on activities, job leads, and student placements7. Coordinate between students and hiring companies to ensure a smooth recruitment process8. Maintain and update internal databases regularly
2) Should be able to travel twice a week to office (Tuesdays and Thrudays)
