1. Proactively search and identify suitable job openings across various platforms
2. Source and share job opportunities with eligible students from the database
3. Understand company requirements and align student profiles accordingly
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams to identify job openings and collaborate for future hiring needs
5. Gather industry insights and identify potential training opportunities that align with workforce development needs
6. Prepare and share daily reports on activities, job leads, and student placements
7. Coordinate between students and hiring companies to ensure a smooth recruitment process
8. Maintain and update internal databases regularly
2) Should be able to travel twice a week to office (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
