Associate Recruiter

As an Associate Recruiter at MapIT Solutions Group, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT positions. Your responsibilities will include posting job advertisements, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and contributing to the candidate selection process. Your daily tasks will involve maintaining candidate databases and establishing strong connections with potential candidates. To excel in this role, you should have experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in utilizing job posting tools and applicant tracking systems. Your ability to efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews, coupled with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational capabilities, will be key to your success. Being able to work both independently and collaboratively is vital for this position. Familiarity with IT roles and terminology would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
