Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Triple A Plus and a strong background in Cards & Payments. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with a day shift schedule. Travel is not required for this position. Responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of product strategies for Triple A Plus solutions. Provide expert guidance on Cards & Payments domain to ensure product alignment with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement. Develop and maintain product documentation including user guides and release notes. Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Assist in the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for internal teams. Support sales and marketing efforts by providing technical expertise and product demonstrations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Coordinate with development teams to prioritize and resolve product issues. Analyze competitor products and market positioning to inform product strategy. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product status and performance. Qualifications Possess strong technical expertise in Triple A Plus with hands-on experience. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Cards & Payments domain. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. Show proficiency in market research and competitive analysis. Have experience in product lifecycle management. Display strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Be adept at creating and maintaining product documentation. Have a track record of successfully managing product development projects. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
