Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team as an Associate - Projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various Oracle Cloud HCM tools and a strong background in Sales and Operations Planning. This role involves developing and maintaining applications that support our HR and planning functions ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Cloud HCM - OTBI/OBIEE

Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM - HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader

Have hands-on experience with HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader

Show familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM - Benefits PL/SQL and SQL

Exhibit knowledge of Oracle XML Publisher and OC HCM Fun-Core HR

Understand Sales and Operations Planning processes and their integration with HR systems

Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions

Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks si
