Associate Project Manager - Content Production

This role entails end-to-end ownership of education-focused projects involving curriculum design, SME management, content development, quality assurance and delivery for premier clients such as Coursera, IIT Bombay, SPJIMR, BITS Pilani, etc

Responsibilities -

Academic & Content Development

• SME identification, onboarding and engagement process for projects.
• Work with SMEs and instructional designers to design and finalize course curricula aligned with academic or corporate expectations.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with client requirements, learner outcomes and instructional best practices.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage timelines across various deliverables including videos, assessments, and reading materials.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate between internal teams (content writers, editors, designers, QA, etc.) and external contributors (freelancers, SMEs).
• Ensure seamless collaboration and feedback loops among all stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for both internal leadership and external partners.

Quality Control & Delivery

• Conduct quality checks on video content, scripts, assessments, and learning materials to ensure adherence to academic and brand standards.
• Facilitate client reviews and incorporate feedback through structured QA processes.
• Regularly share project progress reports with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.
