Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality training programs across our client institutions. The role is a mix of coordination, stakeholder engagement and on-ground execution


Role -

  • End-to-End Program Management - Plan, schedule and oversee training sessions to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Engage with Institutions - Work closely with college stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Coordinate with Industry Mentors - Onboard and manage industry mentors, ensuring impactful sessions and smooth execution.
  • Campus Visits - Travel to B-schools across India to ensure smooth execution and gather on-ground feedback.
  • Reporting & Analysis - Maintain detailed reports on training progress, mentor effectiveness and program outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on schedules, resources and client expectations.
