Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Professor for our esteemed Shayona Institute of Business Management and Computer Application in Ahmedabad. This full-time position is open to freshers with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves academic leadership, curriculum development, and student engagement, playing a critical part in our educational offerings.


Qualifications and Skills

  • A master’s degree in computer applications or related field is required, with proven expertise in academic and professional applications.
  • Experience or strong ability in curriculum development, enhancing academic programs with innovative content and delivery methods.
  • Proficiency in academic writing, with the ability to produce, guide, and critique scholarly articles and papers for publication.
  • Solid understanding and application of research methodology to support student projects, publications, and institutional research goals.
  • Capability in classroom management to maintain a conducive learning environment, ensuring all students engage with course material effectively.
  • Strong skills in assessment design, capable of developing effective evaluation techniques to measure student learning and program effectiveness.
  • Ability to mentor and guide students in academic and career advancement, providing necessary resources and support.
  • Must have proficient skills in MCA (Mandatory skill) to ensure comprehensive understanding and application in coursework and projects.
