Job Description Position Title: Associate Product Owner Experience Required: 3 to 4 Years Location: Gurgaon Reporting To: Senior Product Manager Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Product Owner with 3–4 years of experience in product lifecycle management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires a Product Ownership, ideal for candidates who thrive in cross-functional teams and are passionate about translating business needs into functional product solutions. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Product Ownership Collaborate with Product Manager / Developers / Clients to define and refine product vision and roadmap. Own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs. Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of features and enhancements. 🔹 Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals. Present updates, roadmaps, and business cases to internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions. Key Skills & Competencies: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from various stakeholders. Translate business requirements into user stories. Support UAT planning, Support Test Case execution along with QA. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Hands-on experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, etc. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution Creation of Wireframes Educational Background: Degree in Business, IT / Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field Qualifications Graduate Degree in Business, IT / Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field Additional Information We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
