 We’re scaling fast and expanding our product presence in the US market — and we’re looking for a smart, analytical Associate Product Manager who can operate seamlessly across time zones.

Role Overview

As an Associate PM, you’ll partner with our US Product Head and global engineering teams to define, refine, and deliver product capabilities that serve Fortune-scale clients.

You’ll operate in US EST timings, bridging the gap between our customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth product execution and release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with the US Product Head to manage product backlogs, sprints, and delivery pipelines.

 Translate customer and business needs into detailed BRDs, user stories, and wireframes.

 Work closely with engineering, QA, and AI teams to align builds with product vision and timelines.

 Analyze product adoption, performance, and customer feedback to propose data-driven enhancements.

 Prepare sprint summaries, release notes, and stakeholder updates for US clients and leadership.

 Ensure strong cross-functional communication between US and India teams.

What We’re Looking For

 3 – 6 years of total experience with at least 1 – 2 years in product management or product ownership.

 Solid understanding of SaaS, fintech, or B2B enterprise products.

 Ability to write clear BRDs, user stories, and product documentation.

 Comfort working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Notion.

 Technical fluency — able to speak the language of engineers, UX, and AI teams.

 Strong communication skills and willingness to work exclusively in US EST hours.

 Bonus: Exposure to financial products, ERP integrations, or payments.
