Position Overview

Ralph Lauren is seeking an innovative Associate Product Manager to drive the discovery, documentation, and execution of global mobile app initiatives. This role will be responsible for understanding the needs and challenges of our customers as well as commercial partners. In turn, it will act as a critical link to the organization to communicate and refine requirements with the goal of designing and delivering both technical and customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate is curious, innovative, and excited to use data to drive decisions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Report to the Mobile App Sr. Product Manager and collaborate with the entire app team.

Assist with Discovery efforts, inclusive of competitive analysis, requirement gathering, and socialization with stakeholders.

Write and prioritize stories that capture requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases and communicate to the architecture, engineering, and QA teams.

Partner with engineers to groom and prioritize the product backlog.

Collaborate with design to validate UX and customer flows.

Participate in UAT and validation testing of production releases, new features, and bug fixes.

Help maintain product documentation and release notes.

Identify areas of improvement for the product based on analyzing industry, technology, and market trends, as well as competitor behavior.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

3 to 5 years of experience in product management

Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles

Experience with common technology product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).

Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.

Experience collaborating with and providing updates to stakeholders on a wide variety of teams and across time zones.

Experience in providing clear, concise direction to engineering and QA teams.

E-commerce and/or mobile app experience is a plus.

Korean & English language fluency is preferred.
