Associate Product Management

You will be responsible for writing clear and structured product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for design and development teams. In addition, you will track and support scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint progress. It will be your duty to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, QA, and stakeholders, to ensure the timely delivery of product features. Utilizing tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for task tracking and backlog management will also be a part of your role. Moreover, you will assist in product documentation, release communication, and user acceptance testing (UAT). To excel in this position, you should possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in a product management or related role. A strong understanding of Agile methodology, scrums, and sprint workflows is essential. Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools will be advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. You must also be willing to work on-site at our Bangalore office and collaborate closely with internal teams. Preferred certifications for this role include Jira Project Administration or equivalent, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and DevOps-related certifications (e.g., AZ-400).
