Role Overview:

As an Associate in Product and Growth at Precize, you will play a key role in identifying and solving business challenges, driving product improvements, and fueling product growth. You’ll collaborate across teams, analyze data, and execute experiments that make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze open-ended business challenges across various teams, including operations, product, and customer success.
• Interpret product usage data to uncover gaps and identify growth opportunities.
• Tackle product and user experience issues through research, critical thinking and rapid iteration.
• Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and customer teams to deliver impactful changes.
• Design and execute experiments while tracking metrics and iterating quickly on everything from activation funnels to retention cohorts.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, user interviews, and internal process audits.
• Take full ownership of growth experiments, managing them from ideation to execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, Philosophy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
