Associate - Product and Growth

In this role at Provue, you will be an Associate in Product and Growth, contributing significantly to the identification and resolution of business challenges, enhancing product features, and driving product growth. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing data, and implementing experiments to achieve tangible outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze diverse business challenges in operations, product development, and customer success departments. - Utilize product usage data to pinpoint areas for improvement and discover avenues for growth. - Address product and user experience issues through thorough research, analytical thinking, and rapid iteration. - Collaborate closely with product, technology, marketing, and customer teams to implement impactful changes. - Design and carry out experiments, monitoring metrics and swiftly iterating on various aspects from activation processes to retention strategies. - Conduct competitive analyses, user interviews, and internal process evaluations. - Take complete ownership of growth experiments, overseeing them from conceptualization to implementation. Qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, Philosophy, or a related field. - Possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. - Demonstrate a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion. - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with a structured approach. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is advantageous.
