Job Description

Job Title -

L2 Production Support

Experience -

3 to 8 Years

Job Location -

Bangalore

Notice Period -

Immediate Joiner / 30 days Max

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production systems and respond to incidents, alerts, and escalations in a timely manner
Perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for recurring issues
Write and optimize SQL queries to analyse and resolve data-related issues
Manage and automate routine UNIX/Linux system tasks
Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless production operations
Participate in on-call rotation and ensure 24x7 availability during support shifts

Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years of experience in Production Support or Application Support roles
Proficiency in SQL (querying, data analysis, basic performance tuning)
Good working experience with UNIX/Linux commands and scripting
Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics) is a plus
Ability to handle pressure and manage incidents independently
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
