Associate Manager

Role Overview: You will be part of Sureti IMF Pvt Ltd, a leading Insurance Marketing Firm in Tamil Nadu, dedicated to offering customized insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. As an IRDAI-approved Insurance Marketing Firm, Sureti collaborates with top insurance companies in India to provide a wide range of life, health, and general insurance products. Key Responsibilities: - Providing support across various HR functions such as talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. - Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. - Maintaining and updating employee personnel files and information in the internal system. - Handling work visa applications and renewals. - Keeping track of employee leave and training records. - Administering medical and other insurance based on Company policy. - Generating monthly HR reports for management. - Undertaking adhoc tasks like preparing work certificates. - Supervising a team of 1-5 individuals. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of experience, with a focus on Financial Services. - Strong understanding of legal and statutory requirements related to HR practices. - Proficiency in Team management, Problem solving, and Recruitment. - Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively. - Skilled in mentoring and coaching to develop high performing teams. - Adaptability to thrive in dynamic work environments.
