Associate Manager (Bangalore) About the Client: Our client is a recognized leader in sales solutions with a focus on building strong customer relationships. With a growing presence in Bangalore, they are seeking a motivated Associate Manager to join their expanding team. Role Overview: The Associate Manager will play a vital role in driving sales operations, managing a team of 12-15 sales representatives, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead a team of 12-15 inside sales professionals and ensure team productivity. Develop sales strategies to meet revenue objectives. Drive team performance through strategic planning and effective communication. Conduct training programs to improve team skills and knowledge. Address operational challenges and collaborate with various departments for efficient workflow. What You Should Have: 3-6 years of experience in inside sales with experience in team management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members. Proven experience in driving sales targets and developing effective strategies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Team Handelling, Good Communciation, Inside Sales, Negotiataion, Sales & Marketing
