Job Description

Daily Review of order delivery. Submission of Daily Reports to Branch Manager // Sr. Executives. Be available 24/7 for customers with respect to RFQs, order processing, feedback, complaints, emergencies. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every delivery and interaction. Achieve a customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) of at least 70%. Ensure all processes are followed as per ShipsKarts policies and SOPs. Support Marketing, Sales and BD in identifying new business opportunities and developing and converting new customers. Ensure all daily activities in compliance with all local authorities & port regulations. Ensure all the sales process through Shipskart Platform. Reviewing, comparing, analysing and approving products and services for purchasing. Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations. General Competencies: 1. Must be an empathetic and hands-on leader 2. Must be a good listener and communicator. 3. Must be digitally literate - ERP, WMS, Scanning, OCR, etc. 4. Must be financially literate (budgets, cost management, P&L, working capital). 5. Must be capable of building and maintaining robust relationships with vendors, service providers and partners. 6. Must be compliant to systems, policies and procedures. 7. Must have good time-management skills Specific Competencies: 1. Must be organised and structured, in thought and action. 2. Must be cost conscious 3. Must be detail-oriented 4. Must be knowledgeable about marine products and services 5. Must have the ability to analyse data and provide insights from data. 6. Must be able to identify and develop new sales and upselling opportunities. Attributes Education and Work Experience Requirements 1. Must have a Bachelor s Degree, in any discipline. 2. Must have at least 3 years of work experience, ideally in customer service or warehouse operations. 3. Must have at least 3 years experience in marketing operations, Procurement. 4. Must have experience in FMCG Products specifically food items, groceries, provisions, frozen items, etc. 5. Must have experience/familiarity with ERP usage and general digital operations. 6. Must be able to communicate very well, orally and in writing. 7. Proven knowledge of procurement and warehouse policies and procedures. Operation, Fmcg
