Associate Manager – Quality

Location:
HCG Cancer Centre, Jaipur

Experience Required:
Minimum 4 years of experience as Assistant Manager – Quality in a hospital setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.
• Ensure compliance with NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) standards and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate NABH audits, including documentation, preparation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor hospital-wide policies, SOPs, and quality indicators.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards, patient safety, and continuous improvement practices.
• Analyze data and generate reports related to quality metrics, patient feedback, and incident reporting.
• Liaise with department heads and cross-functional teams to drive a culture of quality and safety.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration / Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Assistant Manager – Quality in an accredited hospital.
• Hands-on experience successfully managing at least 3 NABH audits end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of hospital quality standards, accreditation processes, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
