Get the data and Analyze the defects and involve the root cause analysis reports and identify trends. Based on the trends identified, share findings and recommendations with relevant departments and drive improvement. Follow up with concerned departments for new quality control projects. New Gauge and tools of casting, glazing, inspection validation and share repor Participate in all NPD gates meetings, providing quality input and ensuring adherence to standards. Manage the complete testing of mass products, covering dimensions, functionality, appearance, installation, and packaging. Prepare and share modified sample testing reports. Update 4M change status register with assigned numbers.. Verify consumable items and share reports on usage and inventory levels. To follow minutes of meeting points of MR-C & MR-D points with the concerned team. Conduct daily Management meetings with associates, allocating daily work assignments. Participate in LSW discussions with the reporting manager.. Strategic Responsibilities Co-ordination with all manufacturing department heads and associates. Internal Stakeholders Co-Ordination with all department heads, associates. Required Skills And Capabilities Proficient in google sheet and Soft skills Knowledge of 7 QC tools. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of problem solving techniques. Proficient in SDCA Academia Bachelor’s degree in E/M.Tech Preferred Industrial Background Preferred automobile and process industries background..
