Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Fleet Management:
- Ensure availability of vehicle for employees on daily basis as per SOP and eligibility.
- Optimization of vehicle use as per budget and PO.
- Preparing MIS of vehicle on daily basis.
- Monitoring and control on all hired vehicles viz car and Bus.
- Assure school bus as per schedule of school.
- Arrange vehicle for outside parties and ladies club.
- Ensure 24 Hrs. of vehicle availability for 3 shifts.
- Vehicle Management
Canteen Management:
- Timely availability of food (B âfast, Lunch and dinner) for employees and guests.
- Maintain hygiene at canteen of guest house and plant.
- Facilitate contactor for maintaining good quality purchase for food items
- Proper disposal of waste and in proper time
- Time attendance monitoring of contract workers at canteen
- Verification of invoice of food bills provided by vendor
- Ensure implementation of food menu finalized by food committee
- Guest relation management.
- Feedback from Employees and Visitors.
- Monthly MIS
Township Management: -
- Accommodation for employees as per SOP
- Accommodation to Guests as per business requirement
- MIS of availability and occupancy on monthly basis
- Forward rent amount to HR for deduction as per SOP
- Redressal of grievances
- Pest Management
- AMC Services renewal and management
- Township Management
Event Management
- Organize event as per schedule
- Manage all VIP visit with all due care
- Event Management
EHS Attributes
- Conversant with Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Aspect Impact assessment methodology
- Ability to conduct Safety walks and inspections
5S â
- Maintain and sustain 5S initiatives.
- Development of strategies for sustaining the 5S.
- Conversion of food waste into organic manure.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- BBA / MBA
- Post Graduate in Financial Research.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 4 To 6 years of experience
- Skill in leading & guiding other employees in following Safety guidelines.
- Knowledge of OHSAS & EMS and QMS( Integrated Management System)
