Associate Manager - Engineering

Purpose/Objective

We are seeking an experienced Precast Structural Design Engineer to perform the design, analysis, and detailing of complex precast concrete structures. The role demands innovation, structural integrity, and cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle—from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities • Design Leadership: Lead structural design for large-scale precast projects (buildings, bridges, infrastructure), overseeing concept development, analysis, and detailed design. • Technical Expertise: Perform advanced structural analysis (loads, stability, seismic) and design for precast panels, beams, columns, and custom elements. • Code Compliance: Ensure designs meet relevant international/local codes (Eurocodes, ACI, IS codes) and standards. • Software Proficiency: Utilize and manage advanced tools like Revit, Tekla Structures, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar for BIM and structural analysis. • Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, foster technical excellence, and conduct design reviews. • Collaboration: Work with architects, project managers, clients, and manufacturing teams to integrate designs and resolve technical issues. • Project Delivery: Manage timelines, resources, and documentation for timely project completion. • Innovation: Drive efficiency through new precast systems and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with Master’s in Structural Engineering. • 7+ years in structural design, with significant precast concrete experience. • Proficiency in structural analysis software & BIM tools (Tekla, Revit). • Strong understanding of precast manufacturing processes & construction methods. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
