Job Description

As an Associate Manager (Research) at Easebuzz Research & Innovation Lab in Pune, India, your role will involve analyzing market data, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making. You will assist in data-driven evaluations of new business opportunities and emerging trends. Additionally, you will prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and written analyses to effectively communicate findings. Your contribution to thought leadership by writing blogs and articles on fintech innovations and industry developments will be valuable. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market data, competitive landscapes, and customer insights for strategic decision-making. - Assist in data-driven evaluations of new business opportunities and emerging trends. - Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and written analyses. - Contribute to thought leadership through writing blogs and articles on fintech innovations. Qualifications: - Bachelors or masters degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a Tier I/II institution. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing clear, actionable reports and insights. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Tableau, and research methodologies. - Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and navigate ambiguity. - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.,
