Job Description

Role Overview: As a Consultant specializing in Adobe Real-Time CDP, your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients as a consulting professional to design, build, and implement initiatives that enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. - Conduct assessment of clients" current data management and Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, providing recommendations for optimization and developing use cases for improvement. - Gather business requirements, strategize, and build clients" digital marketing data management programs for high-performance profiles across digital channels. - Identify data sources, enrich customer profiles/segments in CDP, design data cleaning and integration approaches, and evaluate new data management methods through CDP. - Work as a BA or functional consultant for CDP implementation, integrating solutions like Adobe Experience Platform RT CDP and collaborating with partners for data management capabilities. - Understand and convey the impact of regulations like CCPA, GDPR, and internal/industry regulations on data gathering and management, guiding towards privacy by design and consent management. - Design integrations between tools/platforms, stay updated on MarTech landscape, engage ecosystem players/vendors, and propose pilots as needed. Qualifications Required: - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong understanding of marketing processes, data management, data strategy, and marketing/advertising technologies. - Ability to partner with technology solution providers and marketing agencies. - Strong project management skills for mobilizing and organizing stakeholders. - Experience in profile & segmentation, data partnerships, analytics & insights, MarTech ecosystem, ad tech, and web/app analytics. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote environment. - Proven ability to identify new opportunities, develop solutions, and contribute to offering development.
