Hi,

Hiring for "Associate - Call Centre" at Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions - Goregaon, subsidiary Group of Mahindra.

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, or concerns.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information about products or services.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
  • Promote products or services to customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC or equivalent.
  • Prior experience of atleast 6 months in customer service, sales, or call center roles is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible to work in day rotational shifts
