Job Description

Hi,

Hiring for "Associate - Call Centre" at Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions - Goregaon, subsidiary Group of Mahindra.

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Address customer queries, complaints, or concerns.
Provide accurate and relevant information about products or services.
Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Escalate complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
Promote products or services to customers.
Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Qualification: HSC or equivalent.
Prior experience of atleast 6 months in customer service, sales, or call center roles is highly preferred
Strong communication skills
Flexible to work in day rotational shifts
