Job Description

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
Advising on day-to-day operational and business issues and on compliance with applicable laws
Assisting in intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and designs
Maintaining digital data base
Updating stakeholders on legal developments, judicial precedents, regulatory and compliance issues
Assisting in knowledge management

Key Skills:

Good drafting and analytical skills, commercial acumen, and time-sensitive
Knowledge of intellectual property laws
Good written and spoken communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Team player with a strong desire to learn
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
