Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Associate to join our KM team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys legal research, structured writing, problem-solving, process optimization, and exploring how technology can enhance legal work. You will work closely with lawyers across practices to capture, curate and organise firm knowledge, support high-quality client delivery, and contribute to innovation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and analyse legal developments and news, prepare precise and reliable summaries, and distribute real-time updates within the Firm to support the continuous enhancement of the Firm’s knowledge database.
  • Monitor and maintain internal know-how materials, including legal opinions, checklists, templates, and precedent libraries.
  • Conduct targeted precedent research and provide support on document requests received from lawyers.
  • Maintain, update and enhance KM databases, repositories, and workflow systems.
  • Collect, redact, tag, and upload Trilegal memos, notes, and knowledge assets into the Trilegal database.
  • Support the planning, organisation and execution of internal and external Learning and Development sessions for lawyers across the year.
  • Oversee the running and smooth functioning of the Learning and Development platform.
  • Promote KM initiatives and facilitate effective knowledge-sharing across the firm.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams on process automation and related initiatives.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and help implement AI tools to support workflow automation; review AI outputs, contribute to best practices for responsible AI usage, and identify opportunities for adoption.


Required Skills:


  • Research & Analytical Skills:

    Ability to track, identify, study, and analyse legal developments, issues, legislations, and new points of law across practice areas.
  • Drafting Skills:

    Strong command of written English with the ability to draft, update, edit, and manage internal and external documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills to produce high-quality internal and external material.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with Partners and present researched material internally.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Computer Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Management Skills:

    Ability to coordinate and implement programmes for knowledge dissemination within the Firm; strong organisational and time-management capabilities with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Leadership Skills:

    Ability to take ownership of assigned work and achieve goals and deadlines independently.
