Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an Associate IT Project Delivery Manager. The role involves managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and working closely with various stakeholders to maintain smooth execution and completion of IT projects. The Associate IT Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for expediting processes, coordinating inspections, overseeing logistics, and managing overall project progress to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, delivery & reporting of IT projects.
• Experience and capabilities in Expediting and Expeditor functions for timely completion of deliverables.
• Timely team coordination for projects management & client reporting.
• Executive planning, managing & reporting to client & internal management.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and best practices in ensuring project standards and specifications.
• Competence in Human Resource Management to coordinate and streamline project resources efficiently.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
• Experience in the IT or cybersecurity industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields with PMP is preferred.
• Strong team leadership & responsibility ownership skills.
