Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bank-Tech IT Software Sales & BD Lead at Mumbai location. The role involves selling and promoting our banking and BFSI software solutions, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and participating in product demonstrations. The lead will be accountable for meeting sales targets, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of Insurance products and services
• Proven sales experience in the banking and BFSI software domain
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fintech, or a related field; MBA in Sales is a plus
• Experience in Bank-Tech IT software sales or business development is highly desirable
