Job Description

Description

PENNEP is seeking a motivated Associate Human Resources to join our client team. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR while contributing to day-to-day processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates.
Support onboarding activities such as documentation and induction.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in drafting HR communications and policy-related documents.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback collection.
Provide support in HR compliance and reporting tasks.
Handle basic queries from employees with guidance from the HR team.

Requirements

Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Contract Details **

Contract Duration: 12 Months ( Extend based on requirement and performance).
Work Mode: Hybrid
Working Hours: 2 PM to 11PM IST
