Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and understand technical/functional needs.
  • Create, review, and maintain accurate and compelling job descriptions for all positions.
  • Source top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates for technical/functional competencies and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of qualified applicants for current and future roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, manage the offer approval process, and handle hiring documentation.
  • Ensure completion of background checks for selected candidates.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases for accuracy and compliance.
  • Track attendance, manage leave records, and provide payroll inputs for salary process
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive employee relations.
  • Support employee development initiatives and participate in performance management activities.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs, including team-building events, Fun Fridays, and annual engagement activities.
  • Provide general HR support for ongoing activities and organizational needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 510 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
  • 3–5 years of solid experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferred).

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and HR operational processes.
  • Ability to assess technical roles and evaluate candidates based on skill requirements.

Interpersonal & Professional Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate and employee data.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions during assessments and issue resolution.
