Job Description

  • Manage HR operations: leave/attendance, employee records, assets, onboarding & offboarding.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer roll-out.
  • Build employee engagement initiatives, collect feedback, and support retention strategies.
  • Administer benefits (health insurance, PF, wellness) and handle employee queries.
  • Address employee grievances and support fair, transparent conflict resolution.
  • Support performance reviews, training, and development programs.
What We re Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication & organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Hands-on experience with talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
