Location: Patna, Bihar (Work from Office)

CTC Offered: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 year in recruitment

Job Overview

We Nirnayan Health Care Pvt Ltd, Kolkata are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Patna. The ideal candidate should have at least 02 year of experience in recruiting Doctors, Technicians, or other healthcare professionals and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals (Doctors, Technical and Non-Technical staff, etc.) for various positions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong database and network of healthcare candidates.
• Understand Manager requirements and deliver suitable profiles within the given timelines.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates through the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the Senior HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Keep track of recruitment metrics and report progress to management.

Key Skills Required:

• Candidate must be MBA in HR from
• Minimum 2 year of experience in recruitment (mandatory). Both Male and Female Can Apply.
• Strong sourcing skills via job portals, social media, and networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of healthcare roles and industry terminology preferred.
• Preferably from Hospital/diagnostics companies will be plus...

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
