As an experienced recruiter in the field of Technology and Digital, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in hiring for Technology and Digital domains - Corporate experience with a focus on end-to-end recruitment of bulk numbers - Proficiency in managing Walk-in Drives - Utilization of different platforms for sourcing candidates - Ability to go beyond traditional job postings and utilize mailer deployment effectively - Experience in hiring Full-Time Employees (FTE) and Full-Time Recruits (FTR) - Familiarity with virtual hiring drive management tools including virtual lobby and interview rooms - Articulate knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - General shift timing with 5 days of work at the Bangalore office - Working hours of 9 hours and 15 minutes per shift - Excellent communication skills - Mandatory completion of assessment for clearing Preferred Skills: - Human Resources Operations (HRO) (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
