we're on the lookout for a Product Designer who can lead end-to-end design for our growing suite of digital products. Your mission is to craft seamless, intuitive user experiences for platforms that serve real users and solve real problems. you'll work on everything from onboarding flows to feature-rich dashboards, ensuring every interaction feels fresh, thoughtful, and user-centered. What you'll Do End-to-End Design Ownership: Take full responsibility for design projects from research and wireframes to final visual designs and usability testing. Craft Clean Interfaces: Design intuitive dashboards, user flows, and interfaces that simplify complex workflows. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Rapid Prototyping: Use tools like Figma , Adobe XD , or Sketch to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in fast iteration cycles. Design Systems: Contribute to and help evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products. What We Expect 2+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end work on real digital products. Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. User-Centric Thinking: You design not just for aesthetics, but for real-world usability and impact. UX/UI Expertise: Strong skills in designing for both mobile and web platforms with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and usability. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to understand user pain points and craft practical, elegant solutions. Excellent Communication: Capable of articulating your design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience with data visualization and building dashboards that track performance or user metrics. Exposure to user research and usability testing methodologies.
