As the company continues to grow, we require a dedicated professional who can manage both HR and Administrative responsibilities. The role demands someone detail-oriented and proactive who can streamline financial and administrative tasks, while also supporting HR functions such as recruitment and employee engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Administration & Finance:

  • Handle daily cash transactions, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Manage vendor relationships, coordinate with service providers, and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and maintain budget sheets, expense records, and finance-related documentation.
  • Carry out field work, including bank visits, vendor follow-ups, and other operational activities.
  • Oversee office inventory and procurement requirements.

Human Resources:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities such as screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Educational Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Graduation / Post-graduation in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork and vendor coordination.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
