Associate - HR & Admin in Gurgaon

The role demands someone detail-oriented and proactive who can streamline financial and administrative tasks, while also supporting HR functions such as recruitment and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration & Finance: Handle daily cash transactions, petty cash, and expense tracking.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate with service providers, and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and maintain budget sheets, expense records, and finance-related documentation.
• Carry out field work, including bank visits, vendor follow-ups, and other operational activities.
• Oversee office inventory and procurement requirements.
• Human Resources: Support end-to-end recruitment activities such as screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Maintain HR records, documentation and provide administrative support to the HR team.
