- Capability Building of all white collar employees across the Organization in Functional/Technical, Behavioral and Leadership Competencies
- Designing and implementing the long term leadership development programs in line with the vision of Daimler India Commercial Vehicles.
- Design and deliver Leadership Development Program and maximize talent in the leadership pool.
- Managing digital L&D landscapes including webinars, virtual programs, e-learning, mobile learning& LXP.
- Co-create learning solutions to conquer Business Challenges across Functions
- Design and implement learning strategies, manage training program and develop employees skills knowledge and attributes within the Organization.
- Collaborate and work with Business Leaders, participants, HRBP and consultants to manage overall delivery of initiatives.
- Promote and drive DICVs virtual learning Academy – DIAL that comprises of various schools of technical, behavioral and leadership capabilities.
- Measurement of effectiveness of initiatives at 2-3 levels.

Main task
Training Strategy
- Design, develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategies to support Organizations goals and objectives through the virtual Academy – DIAL (Daimler India Academy of Learning)
- Maintain an internal and external focus, horizon scanning and networking to explore and identify the most effective and innovative training, learning and delivery initiatives and projects to ensure that Priory is a sector-leader in respect of career and professional development.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the L&D team, including trainers, SME’s and consultants, provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the L&D function to ensure processes and practices are continually reviewed and lessons learned lead to change and best practice.
Budget & Stakeholder Management :
- Define, allocate and manage the L&D budget, making data-driven recommendations during budget setting to ensure the most effective allocation of resources and return on investment
- Manage third-party relationships and contract negotiations with external stakeholders (trainers) and service providers to ensure effective usage of resources
Technology Integration
- Incorporate innovative training technologies and tools to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness
- Build, create and oversee robust methods for tracking, reporting, evaluating and analysing performance of the L&D function and the effectiveness of the programme.
Leadership Development:
- Design and implement leadership development programs to nurture leadership skills in each employee in alignment with our purpose principles of Great Leadership Behavior
- Oversee the delivery of a planned programme of management and leadership development activity to ensure Priory has effective, high-quality and stable leadership at all levels of the organisation
Qualification
Education
MBA in HR (Mandatory), Certified Professional in Talent Development(Optional), SHRM-SCP(Optional),
Experience
15 to 20 Years (Automotive/Manufacturing (Preferred)
Specific knowledge
- Demonstrable experience of successfully developing and implementing learning and development plans across an organisation
- Successful track record of working in collaboration with and as part of senior leadership teams
- Technical understanding and previous experience of developing Learning Management Systems
- Able to operationalise strategic plans into tangible, sustainable results
- Overall and extensive knowledge in Learning & Development, Talent management & Organization Development
