About the Role

Associate for the Founder’s Office

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Execution Support

  • Assist in managing founder-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Draft and structure company proposals, grant applications, and tender submission documentation

    for various projects.
  • Support in drafting agreements, compliance documents, and presentations for external stakeholders (government bodies, regulators, partners, vendors).
  • Coordinate execution of strategic projects (energy, telecom, agri-tech, blockchain, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders.

2. Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the founder’s absence.
  • Manage procurement approvals, vendor coordination, and invoice/payment follow-ups with Finance.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs. 
  • Coordination with inter-department teams

3. Marketing & External Communication

  • Draft company profiles, social media content, brochures, and event collaterals.
  • Support in organizing events, conferences, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing the brand presence and communication strategy.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask across marketing, operations, and strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (emails, reports, proposals, presentations).
  • High attention to detail and ability to draft tender/proposal documentation.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability, adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Office, Google Suite, HRMS/Project Management tools.
  • Self-motivated with ability to take ownership and deliver in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, HR, project management, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • Exposure to startups/technology/energy/blockchain sectors will be an added advantage.
