Measures of Success In three months, you will have: Begun leading conversations with the client. Gained a total understanding of the various agency functions. Adapted to client requirements and timelines, delivering work efficiently. In six months, you will have: Taken on the responsibility of pitching to existing clients, in addition to your ongoing work. Established good relationships with the client, media houses, and internal GroupM agencies and partners. In 12 months, you will have: Worked independently on client requirements and provided recommendations. Gained experience and knowledge across traditional, digital, on-ground, and branded content planning. Worked on end-to-end award-winning solutions. Begun training and mentoring new recruits. What you will need: Plan and execute digital & social media campaigns . Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign management and optimization, including deliveries, creatives, content, and copies. Interact with clients for briefs, approvals, and feedback. Handle reporting and respond to queries on brands social media pages. Experience in campaign management and domain knowledge is a must . Possess domain expertise in various digital media platforms, including Google, Social, and Performance partners, from campaign planning to setup and management. Have deep knowledge and experience with multiple communication channels and their role in brand marketing. Lead Communication Development : Work closely with agency partners to create compelling consumer communication backed by strong insights. Develop the go-to-market digital plan , own the entire India digital marketing budget, and decide on the optimum spend allocation to deliver agreed business goals. Be responsible for driving smooth day-to-day operations , including liaising with internal stakeholders and managing client servicing. Monitor performance of each platform and identify and implement opportunities for improvement. Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for managing relationships with the client and partner agencies. Platform knowledge and certification are a must .
