Associate Director Production

As an Associate Director, Production in the BFSI sector, your role is crucial in leading a dedicated vertical and managing end-to-end production processes along with client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Production, you will oversee a team of 2-3 Creative Producers ensuring seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. - Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. - Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Creative Producers, fostering their growth and ensuring effective project management. - Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with client objectives. - Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output to meet client expectations and brand guidelines. - Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination for efficiency and profitability. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project-related risks, escalating issues when necessary. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 7-10 years in production and client servicing, preferably in BFSI sectors. - Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and empower junior producers. - Client Management: Exceptional communication skills and strong client relationship-building capabilities. - Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows across digital and traditional media. - Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. - Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BFSI sectors and their creative and regulatory requirements.
