PAYU PAYMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED Associate Director - Product Solutions Location : Gurgoan/ Mumbai About The Team The PSS team is responsible to provide end to end product solutioning and presales for enterprise merchants. The team ideates solutions for client business objectives, develop requirements, and launch them effectively. About The Role The ability to ideate solutions for client business objectives, develop requirements, and launch them effectively is a key factor to success in this role. The ideal person for this role should have a passion for technology and payments, a strong product solutioning and technical background, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to drive results while working independently within a complex environment. The position also calls for a proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams while building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities You will be a one stop shop for all tech requirements for enterprise merchants. Core responsibility of this role is to identify business goals and challenges and merchants/PayU and work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and other internal team to deliver a compelling solution. Required to work with sales team to provide value addition for PayU in the form of defining customer requirements, goals and challenges in order to provide customized, compelling and differentiated solutions. Understand PayU's product suite and provide unique solution offerings after discussions with customer’s technical and business teams to assess and gather the gamut of requirements. Intuitively working with internal sales and customer teams to keep them abreast of changes in product delivery plans in order to meet the assessed requirements. Ability to identify differences between customized and core product offerings on an as is basis. Interfacing with PayU's product engineering teams to align and present solutions for existing and prospective customers via on hand demonstrations. Requirements 10+ years of overall technology industry experience in Presales and Product Solutions, Product Management, Business Analysis for a payment solution provider, medium to large-scale organizations or start-ups Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, or related experience required Experience in a similar role with customer front ending in the fintech space as a product solutions manager or a similar role Presales experience with a proven earlier track record of consulting technical solutions in the fintech arena. Ability to discuss financials with respect to solutions to be rendered. Strong knowledge of the online payment. engineering back ground a must, MBA is preferable. What we offer?
