Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Listed Option P&S : Facilitate trade matching and clearing with the OCC for listed option securities: basic knowledge of Listed Options – Call; Put; Exercise; Assignment etc requiredEnsure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Effectively lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional developmentAct as first point of contact for local and onshore escalationsCollaborate with internal (front and middle office) and external stakeholders to ensure timely trade matching and settlementMaintain a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the workflowMonitor market trends and developments to anticipate and respond to changesJob Type

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in Clearance or related functionStrong knowledge of financial markets and trade lifecyclesExcellent leadership and team management skillsFamiliarity with data visualization tools to present complex financial data clearly and conciselyProficiency in querying and manipulating data for analysisExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbout Us
