With your strong connections in the media industry and a proven track record in executing impactful PR campaigns, you will be instrumental in shaping compelling brand narratives and securing significant media exposure for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client objectives and drive agency growth. - Provide leadership, vision, and guidance to the account management and PR team. - Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless and integrated campaigns. - Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, nurturing strong relationships. - Gain insights into client needs, goals, and industry trends to offer strategic direction. - Supervise the creation of account plans and oversee their successful implementation. - Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing client accounts. - Actively pursue new business prospects through pitches and presentations. - Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies. - Establish clear performance goals, offer feedback, and support professional development. - Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on delivering excellence. - Monitor account profitability, budgets, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior management role within an agency. - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage effectively with clients and media. - Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire, guide, and mentor staff. - Strategic thinking capabilities to develop and execute PR/Digital campaigns aligned with client objectives. - Proficiency in utilizing PR and media monitoring tools, as well as analytics platforms. - Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and projects concurrently.
